<b>I have been busy writing and now have another novel almost completed and another planned out. The first, provisionally named <i>Drums in the Night,</i> is set in Belize and features two young people, an ex-soldier from America, suffering with the effects of being in Iraq and Afghanistan and a journalist from England who is trying to make her way in the world. They meet and fall in love, go through the normal trials and tribulations consequent upon this and finally get together. A lot of the background history of Belize is included to set the stage. I hope everyone who reads it will enjoy it.

The second is set in Southern Rhodesia circa WWI and after wards and flows through to Europe, firstly in the 'Fifties and then on into the twenty first century. It is provisionally titled <i>The Remittance Men.</i></b>


<b><i>Ko'ox Tun</i></b> means <b><i>"Let's get going!"</i></b> in Mayan. We decided that we would try to start a world wide movement based in the tiny Caribbean Country of Belize that could show all the poor people of the Third World how, if they so desire, they can raise their consciousness level by introducing new information to them. We believe that it is necessary to do this in order to raise their standard of living. Wealth <b>follows</b> the consciousness, it doesn't <b>precede</b> it. This precept actually referred to "money" type of wealth. Over the past couple of years, especially when I reviewed what I had found out about the NGO Movement in Belize, I came to believe that the way I have been going about things is all wrong. Money is not even close to the wealth that the people of Belize and elsewhere already possess and of which they are unaware. Consequently, I am now looking at the whole thing through new eyes.

Money, for many years now, has been pumped into Belize and the local population has been under pressure to adopt the so-called civilised state that is prevalent in the West, especially Britain and America, whilst, at the same time ignoring the opportunity that has been before them for centuries.

Anastasia reveals a civilisation that existed many thousands of years ago and shows how everyone CAN have a future. It is my earnest hope that I will be able to show how her revelations showed me how we can accomplish this way of life as it is becoming extant in Russia. Keep watching for this has become an important facet of my life's dream.
